hdtvCable customers in Canada have a new option available for recording HDTV. Rogers digital cable now offers the Scientific-Atlanta Explorer 8000HD PVR. Features include recording of up to 20 hours of HDTV programming or 90 hours of standard definition programming.

You’ll likely be hearing more about this projector from Hitachi, the PJTX100 which is a HDTV capable DLP for under 4k. Specs include 1200 ANSI lumens, 1200:1 contrast ratio, and 720p resolution (1280×720).
