Prices may not go lower, but packages and programming will continue to grow. Just look at what happened with local channels programming. Thanks for the forum to post our opinions.</description>

		<description>WOW 1 new HD channel for 2005.  DirecTV really needs to step up.  The delays in launching new satellites and broken promises of new channels in spring of 2005 really open the doors for cable companies and Verizon (fiber optic) to swoop up dissatisfied customers.  I live in NY and have DirecTV with HD.  Its ok, but having to have an OTA to receive HD channel 11, UPN9 and PBS makes me wonder what Direct is doing.  They should be carrying all available HD in the area, not select &#039;local&#039; channels.  Also DirecTV has made no mention of HD TNT or weather they will carry the Voom line up (its not exclusive to one dish company).  ESPN2 is a nice addition but 1 want more.
