Half the cost of Blu-ray, the discs being cheaper themselves, and the fact that there still are or will be plenty of good movies that I want available - means that HD-DVD is the answer for me. Unless Sony reveals some major surprises at E3 both about the PS3's expected price and features as a movie player - then I don't see my mind being changed any time soon... Price.
