		<description>This is great news.  I&#039;d heard rumors about this projector, but this is the first concrete posting I&#039;ve seen (including price).  I still have a 9-10 yr old SD set and was hoping I could hold out for 1080p before upgrading.  This might just be the projector.

		<description>For those of us who suffer from the ill effects of spinning color segmented wheels, LCD is the only affordable solution. 3 chip DLP&#039;s are still in the relative price stratosphere.

No worries. My 700u will get me by until the 3 chip DLP design prices are where LCD is now.

Who knows, SED technology may make its way into the market by then although Canon and Toshiba sure have been quiet lately.
